Contest Overview

The “One Less Worry” Photo Contest aims to:
  • Highlight IPVS, the International HPV Awareness Campaign, and IPVC 2024 in Edinburgh, and raise awareness about HPV among everyone who sees the stencils and QR-coded stickers 
  • Raise awareness about HPV and encourage advocacy among delegates and the public. 
  • Create a memorable experience linking IPVC 2024 and Edinburgh. 
  • Establish an online presence for IPVS and the HPV awareness campaign that lasts throughout the year. 

How to Participate

  • 1. Find the Spots

    Explore Edinburgh to locate five designated tourist spots with the “One Less Worry” chalk stencils. These stencils, applied with eco-friendly chalk, feature the campaign’s branding, reminding us of the importance of HPV prevention.

  • 2. Snap a Selfie

    Capture a selfie at each spot, including the IPVC branding in your photo.

  • 3. Share & Tag

    Post your photos on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook using #IPVC2024 and #BeatHPV.

  • 4. Enter to Win

    Attendees who share photos from all five locations by midnight on November 14 will be entered into a prize draw on November 15 at 10:45 at the IPVS booth.

QR codes linking to HPV vaccination information in Scotland are available on nearby stickers. Look out for the IPVC/Campaign booth for additional stickers with general HPV facts to take home!
